		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;ve been running again for about a month or so.  I&#8217;m up to 3 miles in about 35 minutes not bad could be better!  I am also doing some cross training with the elliptical and bike.  I have to start the 100 Push up challenge again too.

		<description><![CDATA[Pfft, The plan calls for 12, 12, 10, 10, Max.  I did 12, 12, 10, 5.  I will have to try again tomorrow.  I could barely push out the fifth push-up.
