New Host, Same bLog, New Stuff!

I loved hosting this blog at wordpress.com but they do have a few restrictions that I did not want to deal with. Since I already have my other sites hosted here I thought I would make a sub-domain and bring the blog here. This post is an experiment with a new “short/quick post”. I named the category “Fartlek ” for some obviously reasons 
. Time to run again! I hope I will be able to use the non-restricted freedom to good use. Sorry, I’m thinking about running.
